Please remember, this is an off-road, trail course.  There are roots, stumps and other tripping hazards along the way.  While we try to mark everything with orange paint, I’m sure some will be missed.  There are also a couple spots along the trail that don’t get a lot of sun and are still pretty soft.  Please keep a close eye on your footing at all times.  If you’re pushing a stroller, please pay extra attention while on the trails.  The course winds in and out of wooded areas and finishes where it starts.  Follow all course markings and if you have a question while on the course, find a volunteer.  They’ll do their best to help you or call someone that can.
